I sold on marketplaces myself and hit the same wall every week: the invoices. Bol.com doesn't make them for you, customers ask for them, and there's a deadline. Making a PDF per order, checking the VAT and uploading it cost me hours, and forgetting once cost me points on my seller score.
The tools that did exist were mostly one thing: too expensive. Quickly fifty euros a month for something as simple as sending invoices, stuffed with features I never touched. I didn't want an expensive suite, I just wanted my invoices handled.
