Why are invoices so important on marketplaces?
Customers who can't find an invoice submit a question to you as a seller. Marketplaces count this as a customer inquiry, which negatively affects your seller score. By automatically uploading invoices, you prevent these questions entirely.
How does automatic invoicing work?
We check for new Bol.com shipments every 15 minutes. When we detect one, we generate a professional PDF invoice, upload it directly to the order, and email it to your customer automatically.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Bol.com is fully live. Shopify and Amazon are coming soon. You can also use Quick Invoice to create standalone invoices manually. Each marketplace can have multiple shops, each with its own invoice design, numbering, and settings.
What is Quick Invoice and how does the scan work?
Quick Invoice lets you create professional invoices without any marketplace integration. Drop a screenshot, PDF, or CSV — the data (customer name, address, line items, amounts) is extracted automatically. You review, adjust if needed, and download your PDF. The whole process takes about 3 seconds. Quick Invoice uses Anthropic Claude for data extraction — see our privacy policy for details.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Bol.com connects via API keys, which you create in your seller account settings. Setup takes under 2 minutes. Shopify will use one-click OAuth when it launches.
How does scaling work?
You start free with 50 orders per month. If you have more orders, you automatically scale up to the next plan. Fewer orders the following month? You automatically scale back down. No hassle.
Can I customize the design of my invoices?
Yes. You can upload your logo, choose accent colors, customize footer text, and decide which details appear on the invoice. Changes are previewed live.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Your marketplace credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM encryption. We use secure HTTPS connections and never share your data with third parties. The Quick Invoice scan feature uses Anthropic Claude for data extraction — your data is processed under Anthropic's commercial terms and is not used for model training. All other features (Bol.com, Shopify, Amazon) do not use any AI.
Are you ready for EU e-invoicing and Peppol?
We already export UBL 2.1 XML, the standard format used across the EU. As Peppol e-invoicing requirements roll out for B2B and B2G transactions, we will be ready to support direct Peppol network delivery.
