1. Service Description
Marketplace Invoice provides automatic invoice generation for marketplace sellers on Bol.com, Shopify, and Amazon. We generate PDF invoices, upload them to marketplaces, and email them to customers.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Pricing & Billing
Free accounts include up to 50 invoices per month. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Marketplace Invoice, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for fraudulent invoicing, tax evasion, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Marketplace Invoice is provided "as is". We are not liable for errors in generated invoices, marketplace API downtime, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts in the Netherlands.
