Our newest feature turns any screenshot or photo of an order into a professional PDF invoice in seconds. Here's how it works.
Not every order comes through an API. Maybe you have a one-off sale, a marketplace that doesn't have direct integration yet, or an old order you need to invoice retroactively. That's why we built Quick Invoice.
How it works
- Drop or upload โ Take a screenshot of any order (from an email, marketplace dashboard, or even a handwritten note) and drop it into Quick Invoice.
- AI extraction โ Our system reads the image and extracts: customer name, order details, amounts, and VAT.
- Review and edit โ Check the extracted data, make any corrections, and hit generate.
- Professional PDF โ A branded invoice is generated instantly, with your logo, company details, and correct invoice numbering.
When to use Quick Invoice
- One-off orders โ Sales through Instagram, WhatsApp, or at a pop-up market
- Unsupported platforms โ Marketplaces where we don't have API integration yet

Accuracy
The AI is good, but not perfect โ especially with handwritten text or low-quality images. That's why there's always a review step before the invoice is generated. You're in control of the final output.

Quick Invoice is available on every plan, including the free tier. It counts towards your monthly invoice limit.
