Running multiple Bol.com shops? You can now manage all of them from a single Marketplace Invoice account with separate branding per shop.
Many sellers operate multiple shops โ different brands, different product categories, or separate B2B and B2C operations. Until now, that meant separate accounts and separate logins. Not anymore.
One account, multiple shops
You can now connect multiple Bol.com shops to a single Marketplace Invoice account. Each shop can have:
- Its own branding โ Different logo, colors, and company details per shop
- Separate invoice numbering โ Each shop maintains its own sequential numbering with a custom prefix
- Independent email settings โ Different sender name and reply-to per shop
- Separate API credentials โ Each shop connects with its own Bol.com API keys
Unified dashboard
While each shop operates independently, you see everything in one dashboard. Filter by shop, view combined reports, or drill down into a specific store's performance. No more switching between accounts.
How to add a shop
Go to Settings, click "Add shop," enter your Bol.com API credentials for the new shop, and configure its branding. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Invoices for the new shop start generating automatically from the next shipped order.
Pricing
Multi-shop support is available on all paid plans. Each shop's invoices count towards your account's monthly limit. If you need more capacity, upgrading is always just a click away.
