Multiple Shopify stores on one account
Running more than one Shopify store? Connect up to 5 of them to a single Marketplace Invoice account, each with its own design and its own invoice numbering.
Many merchants run more than one store. A second brand, a separate wholesale store, a store for another country. Until now that meant a separate account and a separate login for each one. Not anymore.
One account, up to 5 stores
You can now connect up to five Shopify stores to a single Marketplace Invoice account. Every store keeps its own:
- Design: its own template, logo, accent color and footer
- Numbering: its own sequential series with its own prefix, so no store ever borrows a number from another
- Company details: name, address, VAT number and payment details per store
- Email settings: sender name and reply address per store
The numbering point matters more than it sounds. A shared series across stores leaves gaps in each of them, and gaps are exactly what an auditor looks for. Separate series keep every store complete on its own.
Working in the right store
Each store has its own view inside its own Shopify admin, so you work where you already are. Settings, design and invoices always belong to the store you are in, which means there is no way to send a wholesale invoice with your retail logo.
How to add a store
Install the app on the second store the same way you installed the first one. Enter the company details for that store, pick a template and set the numbering prefix. It takes about two minutes, and invoices start with the next paid order. Need the orders you already have? Import the last 30, 60 or 90 days and we invoice those too.
Pricing
Manual invoicing stays free, whatever your volume. Automation starts at $4.95 a month, billed through Shopify, with a 14-day free trial on your first paid plan and two months free on yearly plans.
