An invoice for every paid order, automatically
The moment an order is paid in Shopify, we create the invoice. It is attached to the order as a PDF and emailed straight to your customer. Prefer to decide when the email goes out? Turn the automatic email off.
Refunds become credit notes
A full refund creates a credit note that references the original invoice. It gets its own numbering series and, if you want, goes to your customer by email right away.
Print from any order
Open an order, choose More actions and you find Marketplace Invoice under Print. You get a preview first, then print the invoice or save it as a PDF. Useful when a customer calls or when you want a copy in the box.
Download button on the Thank you page
Add the optional checkout block to your Thank you page and customers download the invoice themselves, right after checkout. You add it in your Shopify admin under Settings > Checkout > Customize > Thank you page > Add block.
Five templates and a design editor
Pick one of five invoice templates and make it yours: logo, accent colour, footer text and which fields show. The logo and your own footer text are part of the paid plans.
EU VAT built in
The right VAT rate per country. When your business customer has a valid VAT number in another EU country, we zero rate the invoice and mark it as reverse charge. Export the VAT figures whenever your accountant asks.
Sequential numbering the tax office accepts
One series per store, numbered in sequence with no gaps, and credit notes in a series of their own. The real Shopify order number is printed on the invoice, so you, your customer and your accountant look at the same order.
Invoices for past orders
Import the last 30, 60 or 90 days so your VAT period is complete from day one. Orders that already have an invoice are skipped, and customers are never emailed for an import.

Do I have to do anything per order?+
No. As soon as an order is paid, the invoice is attached to it and on its way to your customer. You only step in when you want to change something yourself.
What happens when I refund an order?+
We create a credit note that references the original invoice, for full refunds. It gets a number from a separate series and can be emailed to your customer automatically.
Can customers download their own invoice?+
Yes, with the block on the Thank you page. Add it under Settings > Checkout > Customize > Thank you page > Add block. The download button then shows right after checkout.
Is the VAT correct for sales inside the EU?+
Yes. We apply the rate per country and zero rate the invoice as reverse charge for business customers with a valid VAT number in another EU country. Export the VAT figures for your return.
