I sold on marketplaces myself and hit the same wall every week: the invoices. Bol.com doesn't make them for you, customers ask for them, and there's a deadline. Making a PDF per order, checking the VAT and uploading it cost me hours, and forgetting once cost me points on my seller score.

Does Bol.com send a VAT invoice to my customer itself?+
No. Bol.com does not send VAT invoices on behalf of external sellers. As the seller you are responsible for creating and supplying the invoice. Marketplace Invoice does that automatically for you.
What is a Bol.com invoice request and how fast must I respond?+
Business customers can request an invoice via a button. You then have 24 hours to put the invoice in your sales account, otherwise it can affect your customer-service and seller score. With automation the invoice is already there before the request comes in.
When am I required to send an invoice?+
For business customers you are legally required to provide a correct VAT invoice. Every order shows automatically whether it comes from a business account. For private customers it's not required unless they ask for one.
What must a Bol.com VAT invoice contain?+
Your company name, address and VAT number, the customer's details, a list of products with prices and VAT, the Bol.com order number, and an invoice date with a unique invoice number. We fill all of that in correctly, automatically.
